Package Scope and Page Limits

Quotes, Payments, and Additional Work

If a Client cancels a project after work has started, fees paid for completed work, partially completed work, planning, design concepts, development, setup, third-party purchases, or reserved project time may not be refundable.

Refund eligibility, if any, depends on project stage, completed work, third-party costs, payment terms, and the written agreement between TaxiWebsiteDesign.com and the Client. Domain registration, hosting renewals, advertising spend, payment gateway fees, paid APIs, premium plugins, verification charges, and other third-party costs are generally non-refundable once purchased or used.

Revisions and Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included when clearly stated in the proposal, invoice, or project agreement. Revisions must relate to the agreed scope and should be requested within the active project timeline.

New features, additional pages, new route pages, design changes after approval, rewritten content, new booking logic, extra integrations, custom dashboards, dispatch modules, driver modules, fleet modules, mobile app features, or major workflow changes may be treated as additional work and may require a separate quote.

Delivery Timelines and Client Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates based on agreed scope, project complexity, availability of content, approvals, access credentials, third-party services, and timely communication. Timelines may change if the Client delays content, images, route information, fare details, account access, verification documents, feedback, approvals, or payment.

TaxiWebsiteDesign.com is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, Google services, payment gateways, WhatsApp providers, email providers, API approvals, policy reviews, account verification, or other external services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, content, images, logos, service areas, routes, fares, fleet details, legal business information, access credentials, approvals, and feedback required to complete the project.

Delays in providing required information, account access, verification documents, approvals, feedback, or payment may delay delivery timelines.

Domain, Hosting, and Account Ownership

Hosting may be provided and managed by TaxiWebsiteDesign.com when it is included in the selected package or maintenance plan. In that case, hosting access, server configuration, SSL setup, backups, technical limits, storage, bandwidth, email delivery, and support are managed according to the agreed package or written maintenance terms.

Clients remain responsible for keeping their domain names, email accounts, payment gateway accounts, Google accounts, WhatsApp Business accounts, API accounts, advertising accounts, and other client-owned third-party accounts active, secure, verified, and paid on time unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Where possible, important business accounts should be registered in the Client's own name or business name. TaxiWebsiteDesign.com may assist with setup, connection, or configuration, but account ownership, renewal payments, login security, verification documents, provider policies, and account recovery remain the Client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Maintenance and Support

Monthly care, hosting, SSL, maintenance, support, software updates, monitoring, or ongoing management services are provided only when included in the selected package or agreed separately in writing. Maintenance may include reasonable technical support, small content updates, security checks, booking form testing, WhatsApp link checks, uptime care, plugin or dependency updates, backup checks, and basic performance review depending on the plan.

Maintenance does not automatically include redesigns, new pages, new route content, SEO campaigns, advertising budgets, major feature changes, custom development, third-party service charges, malware cleanup caused by external access, emergency recovery, or work outside the agreed maintenance scope. Unused monthly support time does not carry forward unless specifically agreed in writing.

Content, Copyright, and Intellectual Property

Website content, design elements, code, and project assets remain subject to the agreed project terms. Clients must ensure they have rights to any text, logos, images, videos, trademarks, business names, vehicle photos, driver photos, customer reviews, route information, fare content, documents, or other materials they provide.

TaxiWebsiteDesign.com is not responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, licensing, or ownership disputes arising from Client-provided materials. Stock images, premium assets, plugins, fonts, scripts, APIs, templates, or third-party tools may be subject to their own license terms and usage restrictions.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, ownership transfer of final project deliverables applies only after full payment has been received. Reusable methods, internal tools, general know-how, frameworks, components, concepts, and non-client-specific code may continue to be used by TaxiWebsiteDesign.com for other projects.

Results and Performance

TaxiWebsiteDesign.com may assist with website structure, SEO-friendly pages, speed improvements, lead capture, analytics setup, Google Search Console setup, and advertising setup. However, search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, bookings, advertising performance, ad approvals, and business results depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TaxiWebsiteDesign.com is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, search engine ranking changes, third-party service issues, or results outside the agreed project scope.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Any dispute related to services, payments, project scope, website use, or these terms should first be handled through good-faith communication between the Client and TaxiWebsiteDesign.com.

If a formal legal process becomes necessary, jurisdiction and venue will be handled according to the final written agreement, invoice terms, and applicable law. Clients should seek independent legal advice if they need jurisdiction-specific legal terms.
